I will give PDL a chance. The only reason I have reservations about the movie is because I never rent movies; I only buy them.
In fact, I can’t remember the last time I rented a film. I don’t have any video store cards, so it’s possible that I never have, save some video games as a kid. I came into Curb Your Enthusiasm, Da Ali G Show, Secretary and Igby Goes Down while visiting my parents and watching their various “on demand” cable channels. The occasional film with friends is another way that I like to find new movies, but by and large my introduction to films is limited to faith in select actors and directors/writers. For example, PSH, Mamet, Anderson, the Gyllenhaal siblings.
Thanks for top-fiving PDL; that’s encouraging. What are the other four flicks?
I’ve never seen “Requiem,” though something strange happened to me at Coney Island last month.
How exactly would you recommend that film?
