Perhaps you could find some help from one of the folks involved and familiar with his ministries.
As far as getting in touch with Mr. Peretti, I would suggest finding a recent interview with him and writing the author of that article for a contact.
If worse comes to worse, correspondence sent to publishers is more often than not (and eventually) forwarded to the author. Somewhere around here I have a letter from Jerome.
