A little help with Ravi

Those of you who are familiar with Ravi Zacharias… I could use some assistance. Two or three years ago I met Frank Peretti, just happened to run into him. I was asking about questions about the protagonist in The Visitation, and Frank answered by explaining that a philosophy of Ravi Zacharias, who happens to be Frank’s mentor. Ravi believes in five stages that a believer goes through. It starts with grappling with belief, then accepting. But stage four was “skepticism”, which is the stage that the protagonist was in throughout Frank’s book. Ravi believes that sadly, many Christians don’t reach that stage, which is where maturing happens as a Christian decides to find his own reasons for his faith. No longer accepting truth just because it was told to him, he tears it down, finds his own foundation, and builds it back up again. Then stage five is peace or something.
To be honest, stage four— skepticism— is the only one I remember for sure. I’ve been discussing this with my pastors and they want me to find out what all five stages are. But I can’t seem to find this anywhere. Anybody have any ideas? Perhaps a specific book by Ravi or a website? Or Frank or Ravi’s e-mail address?
