Dear board users,
Over the summer, a little time was spent experimenting with some new software that would give new life to these boards. After trying a variety of options, one was settled upon. It has all sorts of good features: user registration/profiles, private messaging, different ways of viewing threads, email notification of replies, and more.
What it lacks is an easy way of transferring all the old material. So here’s what’s going to happen…
The new boards can be used now at: http://www.sarahmasen.com/phorum/ — hurry over there and register to get your chosen username.
From Monday, all requests to these boards will be redirected to those new boards and these will take a break from public life. Don’t fear, though. Data is meant to be free and they will soon reappear in an archive form so we can refer back.
Moving isn’t always easy, so do ask me any questions you have. I’ve even set up a special board at the new location for that very purpose.
